In an emergency, call 911. ResQPrep does not dispatch responders and does not monitor your account. Resource listings are provided for convenience; we work to verify them but cannot guarantee that any listed organization is open, staffed or able to help.
Damage reports help you document what happened. They are not an insurance claim, an adjuster's assessment, or a guarantee of coverage. Confirm everything with your insurer.
If you ask to be connected with a restoration company, we introduce you to an independent business. Your agreement is with them, not with us. We make reasonable efforts to work with reputable, certified companies but do not guarantee their work.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for who you add to your household. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
