ResQPrep is operated by Building Futures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we"). For data you enter into your ResQPrep account, we are the data controller. Contact: privacy@resqprep.com.
Information you provide: your name and email; property addresses; emergency contacts you add; property readiness details (insurance, utility accounts, shut-off locations, household considerations); documents you upload; and damage reports you create. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to run the service securely.
To provide the service to you: storing your home's emergency information, showing you local resources, and — when you choose to document damage — passing the details you authorize to RestoreScout and, if you request it, to a restoration contractor. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate ResQPrep (hosting, email delivery, authentication), with RestoreScout when you start a damage report, and with a restoration contractor only when you ask to be connected. Each contractor receives only the report you create.
Your data is stored with row-level access controls so only members of your household can see it. Documents are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links.
You can edit or delete anything in your account at any time. To delete your account entirely, email privacy@resqprep.com.
ResQPrep is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
